Returns

You have the right to return products purchased from the www.cherryville.eu online store within 14 days.
The 14-day return period starts from the moment you receive the delivery notification from the parcel machine.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (business customers).
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (we will deduct the shipping cost from the refundable amount).

If you wish to return an item, please send a return request to shop@cherryville.eu including the following information:

  • Product to be returned (name, product code, size)

  • Order number

  • Your name and contact information

  • Preferred return method and time

Please try items at home in the same way as you would in a physical store — returned items must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear. All original tags must be attached.
Make sure the items are free from odors (smoke, perfume), pet hair, or other residues.

If an item has been used more than necessary to determine its nature or features, or if there are signs of wear or damage, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decreased value of the item or refuse the return entirely.

The online store reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used beyond the permitted level of inspection. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount promptly but no later than 14 days from receipt.

Returns via Smartpost Parcel Machine

Use the same door code that was sent to you when the package arrived. The code is valid for 14 days.

If the original order included a shipping charge, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Returns via DPD Parcel Machine

To return via DPD, please contact us first — we will provide you with a DPD return label.

If the original order included a shipping charge, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
