Terms and Conditions of Sale & Return
The online store www.cherryville.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is owned by American Beauty OÜ (registry code 10636928), located at Läike põik 1a, Rae municipality, Estonia.
Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store. Product prices are indicated next to each item. Delivery charges are added to the product price and depend on the buyer's location and selected delivery method. Delivery fees are shown to the buyer during checkout. Product information is displayed directly next to each product in the Web Store.
The Web Store reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms and the price list for reasons of efficiency, competitiveness, business development, or assortment updates. Any changes come into effect from the moment they are published on www.cherryville.eu. If a customer submits an order before the changes come into force, the terms valid at the time of ordering shall apply unless otherwise provided by law or these conditions.
All prices in the Web Store are in euros. For discounted items, both the new and the old (strikethrough) prices are shown.
By placing an order on www.cherryville.eu, the customer confirms having read and accepted the terms of sale.
Placing an Order
To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. If you have a discount or gift code, enter it in the coupon code field. To finalize the order, fill in the required information and select a suitable delivery method. The total price will be displayed and can be paid via bank link or other payment methods. The agreement enters into force once the payment is received by the Web Store.
American Beauty OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The sales contract is considered concluded, and the order is processed once the customer has paid 100% of the order total or advance invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately but no later than within 14 days.
Delivery
The buyer bears the delivery cost, and the applicable fee is shown next to the delivery option. Domestic shipments within Estonia typically arrive within 1–3 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
The accuracy of the information provided in the order is essential for avoiding delivery delays and misunderstandings. The Web Store and the postal service provider are not responsible for delays or misunderstandings if they result from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased from Cherryville.eu are subject to a 14-day return right. The return period starts from the receipt of the parcel locker notification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. Return costs are borne by the customer (postage will be deducted from the refundable amount).
To initiate a return, send a notice to shop@cherryville.eu including:
Returned product (name, code, size)
Order number
Name and contact details
Preferred return method and time
Try products at home as you would in-store – returned items must not be used, damaged, or show signs of wear. Original tags must be attached. Ensure the item is free of smoke, perfume, pet hair, etc. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, properties, and functioning, or shows signs of use, the Web Store may reduce the refund amount or refuse the return.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, place a new order and return the unsuitable item.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Web Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years. Within the first six months, such defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The Web Store is responsible for proving otherwise. Customers must inform the Web Store of any defect within two months by emailing shop@cherryville.eu or calling +372 5554 5560.
The Web Store is not responsible for defects arising after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If a purchased item is defective, the Web Store will repair or replace it. If neither is possible, the Web Store will refund all fees. Complaints will be answered within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Web Store only uses customer data (name, phone, address, email, payment details) to process the order and deliver the product. Personal data is shared with delivery companies only for delivery purposes.
Marketing emails and newsletters are sent only with the customer's consent. Customers can unsubscribe at any time via email or using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Dispute Resolution
If the customer has complaints, they should be directed to shop@cherryville.eu or +372 5554 5560. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information and the complaint form are available online. The committee handles disputes arising from sales agreements free of charge. Customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
